My name is Marina 

Living in St. Vincent for many years, there has been the opportunity to explore so many islands and it's exciting to be constantly discovering new beaches, waterfalls, deep holes, and trails. I also enjoy documenting my experiences through photos and videos, which I have been able to display throughout the site.

This website was created to highlight the variations of activities, attractions and cuisines St. Vincent and the Grenadines have to offer. Whether it be swimming with turtles, hiking the La Soufriere volcano, or picnics on a sandbar. There is always an adventure.

Personal experiences as well as credible resources have been used to ensure that visitors are provided with accurate and reliable information. They have been linked within this website.

St. Vincent & the Grenadines: through a local's eye

Between boating in the Grenadines, hiking the mountainous trails, and snorkelling the Tobago Cays,  this Caribbean island is an adventurer's paradise!

You can choose to enter the shores of St. Vincent & the Grenadines via sea or air. Though it is a small country, there are several international flights as well as a range of regional flights.

Cuisine is unique to every country, it is a representation of the people. Anyone can cook, but the flavours, the spices, and the fragrances of the Caribbean cannot be replicated. As for the beverages, these extraordinary blends can only be mastered by very few.
